A collision shop in our pilot started by sending us two estimates. TorqBox Office read both and flagged 6 operations that weren't on them, including forward camera, blind-spot radar and surround-view camera calibrations. Each finding cites that vehicle's OEM service pages. On the one estimate that printed a mechanical labor rate, the flagged labor came to $515.00 at the labor rates printed on that estimate.
Flagged operations, not billed amounts: the estimator makes the final call on every line. Hours are TorqBox default times, priced at each estimate's own printed labor rates. The second estimate printed no mechanical rate, so its flagged calibration stays unpriced. A seventh flagged operation, a four-wheel alignment, is left out because its only citation was a camera trouble-code page.
